The Artist's Studio - online tours

One thing that not everyone gets to do is visit an artist's studio to find out how they make their work and to talk about their ideas. Meadow Arts has commissioned several artists to take us inside their workspaces during the lockdown restrictions and tell us more. We've invited the public to send us questions for the artists in advance, so that they can tell you what you really want to know.

Laura White

Artist Laura White has a fascinating way of looking at the world, through studio practice, writing and fieldwork. She talks about exhibitions, ideas and getting inside dough to see how it feels.

Alex Hartley

In the second video in the series, Alex Hartley talks about his practice, ideas and the challenges of creating work during the Lockdown.

Oliver Jones

First up was Oliver Jones, whose work is in Skin Deep at Berrington hall in 2020 (we're hoping to reopen the exhibition later in the year). Visit the Skin Deep exhibition page here.
