The Big Draw 2019

Tuesday 29th October, 11am - 3pm (drop-in session)

£3 children, no booking required

See our Living Ruins exhibition and get involved with our big artwork with artist Kay Mullet, using simple mark-making, drawing and collaging to make a map together.

Using a mixture of pencils, pens, ink, paint, printing and collage, help to create a map of Worcester inspired by the Living Ruins exhibition and the buildings of Worcester. The map will reflect everyone's journey through life and our responses to changes that happen and the environment around us. You don't need to be 'good at drawing' to take part - Kay will help you create interesting marks and textures in a variety of ways.

This event is part of The Big Draw Festival 2019. This year's theme, #DrawnToLife, focuses on the vital role of creativity for health and wellbeing.

A drawing and collage of the front of an art gallery. A man and child walk in front of it.
